A Game
The Key Hunt
I have hidden 7 keys around this website. They are small gold keys sitting in the middle of pages worth reading, and they look like the one at the end of this sentence. Find all 7 and a door opens at the bottom of this page, with a written protocol behind it that you can start the same night. It costs nothing.
There is no trick to it and no account to make. You will simply have to go and actually read, which was always the point. Your progress is kept on this device only, so do not clear your browser data halfway through and then complain to Me about it.

The door
Locked. It opens on its own when the last key is found.
The door is open
Seven for seven. Here is what is behind it.
A protocol. Not a clip, not a discount code, and nothing you have to pay for. This is the thing I would actually hand a man on his first week, and it is the whole point of the letters DIY in the name of this site. I tell you what to do. You go and do it, by yourself, and you report back honestly or you do not bother at all.
The Seven Day Protocol
- Wake at the same hour every day, including the days you do not work. Water before your phone. The phone stays out of the bedroom overnight, starting tonight.
- Write one entry a day. When the urge came, what was happening in the ten minutes before it, and what you did. No apologising to the page. You are collecting evidence, not confessing.
- Decide your replacement now, while you are calm. When the urge arrives you will stand up and do that one thing. Cold water, outside, or twenty press-ups. Decide it today, not at midnight.
- One hour of movement, six days of the seven. It does not have to be impressive. It has to happen.
- Tidy one room a day. A chaotic house makes a chaotic man, and I have never once been wrong about this.
- Say it out loud each morning: the urge is not an emergency, it is weather. You will feel stupid. Do it anyway. You are installing a sentence you can reach for at 2am.
- On day seven, read the whole journal back. Find the pattern. It is almost never arousal. It is usually one specific hour, or one specific feeling you were walking away from.
That is it. It costs nothing, it works whether or not I am ever involved, and most men will read it and do none of it. That is the real test and it always was. The keys only proved you can follow instructions across seven pages. The protocol asks whether you can follow them across seven days.
If you get to the end of it and want someone holding you to the next seven, that is what I do.
And a day inside
If you want to see what the Fan Club is actually like while you run the seven days, take a free day on Me.
A full day, free, so you can look around properly. It rolls into a normal subscription after that and you can cancel whenever you like, including on the first day.
Starting over is allowed, and it is the only thing on this page I will do for you.
