Custom Content Terms

The short version
You tell Me what you want. I tell you yes or no, and what it costs. You pay in full up front through the platform. I shoot it and send it. It is yours to keep and Mine to own.
1. Ordering
- Send your request with as much detail as you can. Outfit, tone, length, what you want said, what you want to hear your name called. Detail is what makes a custom feel like yours.
- I will confirm price and turnaround before anything is paid. Nothing starts until we both agree.
- I may decline any request, for any reason, without explanation. A decline is not a judgement of you.
2. Payment
- Payment is in full, up front, through the platform we agree on.
- The platform is the merchant of record. It takes the payment, issues the receipt, and holds the transaction, not Me.
- Production begins once payment clears, and turnaround is counted from that point.
3. Turnaround
- The agreed turnaround is a working estimate, not a guarantee. Shooting depends on light, health, energy and equipment.
- If I am running late, I will tell you rather than leave you wondering.
- If I am ever unable to deliver at all, you get a full refund, arranged through the platform that holds the payment.
4. Revisions
- One free revision for anything I got wrong against what we agreed: wrong name, wrong outfit, a missed instruction.
- Changing your mind is not a revision. A new idea after delivery is a new custom, at a new price.
- Revision requests within 7 days of delivery.
5. What I will not shoot
I will not produce content involving: anyone under 18 or presented as under 18; anyone who has not consented; animals; real violence or genuine injury; blood, scat or anything that risks My health; illegal acts; content designed to harass, threaten or defame a real identifiable person; or anything a platform's terms prohibit.
I will also decline anything that simply is not for Me. That list is not exhaustive and is Mine to extend.
6. What you get, and what you do not
You get: a personal-use copy of the finished custom. Watch it, keep it, enjoy it.
You do not get: ownership, copyright, or any licence to publish it.
You may not upload it anywhere, share it in a group, sell it, trade it, post clips or stills of it, or feed it to any AI system. Doing so is copyright infringement and I do enforce it, including takedowns, platform reports, and statutory damages, which reach $150,000 per work for wilful infringement.
I retain full copyright, and unless we have agreed otherwise in writing before shooting, I may resell or publish the custom in My general catalogue.
7. Exclusivity
If you want the custom kept out of My catalogue, that is an exclusivity fee, agreed in writing before I shoot. It is not included in a standard custom, and it cannot be added afterwards.
8. Your privacy
- I do not publish your name, handle or details. If your name is spoken in a custom and it later appears in My catalogue, your name is edited out or the scene is not reused.
- Your requests stay between us. I may describe the type of custom in general terms; I will never identify you.
- Do not send Me identifying documents, financial details or anything you would not want held.
9. Refunds
- Customs are made to order, so once production has begun they are not refundable, except where I fail to deliver, or deliver something materially different from what we agreed.
- Refunds are processed by the platform that took the payment. I cannot issue one directly.
- If something has gone wrong, tell Me first. A chargeback closes your account, costs Me the money plus a fee, and takes far longer than asking would have.
10. Adults only
You must be 18 or older (21 where that is the local age of majority) and ordering with your own money, from an account you control. See the Tributes and Voluntary Payments page. Spend only what you can genuinely afford.
11. Cancellation by Me
I may cancel and refund in full at any time before delivery, for any reason. If I do, you get every cent back.
