Tributes, Gifts and Voluntary Payments
DIY FemDom · diyfemdom.com Effective 2026-08-09
This page explains how voluntary payments work, what they are, and what they are not. Please read it before sending one.
1. Voluntary means voluntary
A tribute or gift is a gift, sent freely by an adult who chose to send it.
- No one is ever required to send one. Not to be spoken to, not to be a fan, not to belong.
- Nothing is owed in return. A gift is not a purchase and does not buy content, a reply, time, access, priority, or any specific outcome. Where something is for sale, it is offered as a clearly priced product on a platform, and that is a different transaction entirely.
- No arrangement here creates a debt. No total is owed, no payment schedule is enforceable, no obligation carries over. Nothing described in this dynamic is a contract, and none of it would be enforced against anyone.
- You may stop at any time, permanently or for a while, without explanation and without consequence.
2. Spend only what you can genuinely afford
This is a firm rule, not a disclaimer.
Send only money you can lose without it affecting your life. Not rent, not food, not medication, not your family's money, not borrowed money, not credit you cannot clear, not anything that belongs to someone else.
You must be financially independent and responsible for your own money. Do not participate using anyone else's funds or an account you do not solely control.
If you are struggling to stop, stop. If spending here has become compulsive, or is causing you financial or emotional harm, that is the point at which the fantasy has stopped working and it should end. Support is available and it is not shameful to use it:
- US: National Council on Problem Gambling, call or text 1-800-522-4700
- US crisis line: call or text 988
- Elsewhere: your local crisis or financial-counselling service
We would rather lose a supporter than keep one who is being harmed. Tell us and we will step back, block you at your request, and not chase you.
3. What we will do
- We may refuse or return any payment, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
- We may end an arrangement at any time, without explanation.
- We will not pressure, guilt-trip, threaten, or manufacture urgency to extract money, and we will not use anyone's real-world circumstances as leverage.
- We will never ask for banking passwords, card PINs, remote access to your devices, or control of your accounts. Anyone doing that is committing fraud and is not us. Report it.
- We take no real-world control of anyone's finances. Any language describing such control is performance between consenting adults, and it stops at performance.
4. Refunds
Tributes and gifts are voluntary and, as a rule, final.
We are not the merchant of record for any payment. Every payment runs through a third-party platform's own payment system under that platform's terms. That platform holds the transaction, and its refund policy is the one that governs. See our Purchases, Refunds & Third-Party Platforms page.
That said: if a payment was sent in genuine error, or by someone who should not have sent it, or was not authorised by the account holder, tell us. We will look at it properly and we will act where we can. That is a commitment, not a formality.
5. Adults only
You must be 18 or older (21 where that is the local age of majority) and legally able to enter this kind of arrangement where you live. Never send a payment using an account belonging to someone else.
6. Nothing here is financial advice
Nothing on this site is advice about your money, your investments, your debts or your financial planning. We are not financial advisers and we do not act as one.
7. Contact
legal@nikkikit.com, questions, concerns, a payment that should not have happened, or to ask us to step back.
