Purchases, Refunds and Third-Party Platforms

1. Nothing is sold on this website
There is no shop here, no cart, no checkout and no account. We never see or handle your payment details.
Everything is bought on a third-party platform: a content platform, clip store, messaging service or gift service. When you buy, you buy from that platform, using their account and their payment system, under their terms and their privacy policy.
Those platforms include, depending on what you are buying: LoyalFans, OnlyFans, Clips4Sale, iWantClips, ManyVids, SextPanther and Throne.
2. Who you are actually buying from
The platform is the merchant of record. That means the platform, not us:
- takes the payment and holds the funds
- appears on your card or bank statement
- issues receipts and any tax documentation
- decides and processes refunds
- handles disputes and chargebacks
- holds your payment details and account
We receive a payout from the platform afterwards. We cannot issue you a refund, because we never took your money in the first place. This is not a policy we chose in order to avoid refunds. It is simply how the payment actually flows, and telling you otherwise would be a promise we have no power to keep.
3. How to get a refund
Go to the platform you bought from. Its refund policy governs, and its support team is the only one that can action it.
As a general rule across the industry, digital content is final sale once delivered, viewed or downloaded, because it cannot be returned. Most platforms will still consider a refund for:
- a duplicate or accidental charge
- content that will not play, download or open
- content materially different from what was described
- a charge you did not authorise
Start with the platform's own support. It is faster than a chargeback and it does not put your account at risk.
Please do not open a chargeback as a first step. A chargeback is for genuine fraud. Used instead of asking, it typically gets your account closed by the platform, costs the creator the money plus a fee, and takes far longer than simply asking would have. If something went wrong, ask. The overwhelming majority of problems are fixed in one message.
4. Things we can actually help with
Email legal@nikkikit.com and we will do what we can:
- You bought something and did not receive it
- You cannot work out which platform a charge came from
- A link on this site sent you to the wrong place, or a broken page
- Something was described inaccurately on this site
- A payment was made by someone who should not have made it
We will help, and where we can put something right directly, we will.
5. Custom and commissioned work
Where custom work is agreed, the terms of that specific arrangement (scope, price, turnaround) are what govern it, and they are agreed in writing before any payment. Custom work is made to order, so it is not refundable once production has begun, except where it is not delivered as agreed.
6. Voluntary tributes and gifts
These are gifts, not purchases, and they are covered by a separate page: Tributes, Gifts and Voluntary Payments. Please read it, particularly if you are unsure whether you should be sending one.
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed entirely on the platform where you subscribed. Cancel there, in your account settings, at any time. We cannot cancel or refund a subscription for you and we cannot see your billing.
Cancelling generally stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period. Check the platform's terms for exactly what happens.
8. Prices
Prices are set on the platforms and can change. Any price mentioned on this site is indicative; the price at the platform's checkout is the real one. Currency conversion, local taxes and foreign-transaction fees are applied by the platform and your bank, not by us.
