These terms govern your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not, please leave the site. That is the whole of the disagreement and there are no hard feelings.

Note on what this site is. Nothing is bought or sold here. There is no checkout, no cart, no account. Where you can buy something it is on a separate platform under that platform's own terms. These are terms for reading a website, and they are deliberately not dressed up as a shop's.
1. You must be an adult
You may use this site only if you are 18 or older (21 where that is the local age of majority) and it is lawful for you to view adult-oriented material where you live. By using the site you confirm both. See our Age Restriction statement.
2. What you may do
Read it, enjoy it, link to it, quote a reasonable extract with credit and a link back, and share it with adults who would want it. That is all encouraged.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site as your own
- Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the site or its media, by any automated means
- Use any part of this site to train, fine-tune or ground a machine-learning or AI system. No licence for that is granted, expressly or by implication, and this is a reservation of rights for the purposes of Art. 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790.
- Reverse-engineer, probe, scan or attack the site or its infrastructure
- Circumvent any access restriction, age gate or technical measure
- Impersonate us, or imply an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist
- Use the site to harass, threaten or defame anyone, including us
- Use the site for anything illegal where you are, or where we are
Automated access that ignores robots.txt or that degrades the site for other people is
unauthorised, and we may block it without notice.
4. Everything here is ours
All content on this site, writing, photography, video, audio, artwork, layout, design, and the names, logos and branding, is owned by Nikki Kit or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law.
You get no licence to it except the ordinary right to view it in a browser under section 2. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything.
Our copyright is enforced, including through takedown notices to hosts, platforms, search engines and payment providers. See our Copyright & DMCA Policy for reporting infringement in either direction.
5. Links to other places
We link to third-party platforms and sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their terms, their pricing, their availability or how they treat your data. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the far side of it.
Where a link is commercial or reflects a relationship with a brand, we say so, see our Affiliate & Endorsement Disclosure.
6. Nothing here is professional advice
The material on this site is for entertainment, education and adult interest. It is not:
- Medical advice. Not from a doctor, nurse, physiotherapist or therapist. If any activity described here touches your physical or mental health, ask a qualified professional. Some material describes practices with real physical risk. Read the Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk statement before acting on anything.
- Mental-health advice. Nothing here is therapy or a substitute for it.

You act on what you read here at your own risk and using your own judgement, as an adult.
7. Fantasy, roleplay and consent
Much of the material on this site describes consensual adult roleplay and fantasy. It is performance and creative work between adults who have agreed to it.
Nothing on this site is an instruction to harm yourself or anyone else, or to do anything without enthusiastic, informed, ongoing and revocable consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, by anyone, for any reason or no reason. Nothing you read here changes that, and nothing here creates any obligation on you to do anything at all.
8. The site as it is
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that anything on it is complete or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikki Kit, and anyone working with us, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of this site, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, you keep every statutory right you have, and this section does not touch them.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of anyone else's rights. This does not apply to anything caused by our own negligence or breach.
11. General
Severability. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands and the offending part is narrowed to the minimum extent needed.
No waiver. If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement. These terms, with the other policies linked from this site, are the whole agreement between us about the site.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the law applicable where we are established. We do not publish that location, and we are not required to. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have to bring a claim in your own country of residence, or the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
Termination. We may restrict or block access to the site at our discretion, particularly for scraping, abuse or attack.
