All visual depictions displayed on this website are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, and of 28 C.F.R. Part 75, because this site does not contain any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as that term is defined at 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i) through (iv).
Specifically, the material on this site contains no visual depiction of sexual intercourse, bestiality, masturbation, sadistic or masochistic abuse, or lascivious exhibition of the anus, genitals or pubic area.
Any imagery on this site is non-explicit, and every person appearing in it was at least 18 years of age at the time of its creation.
Content published elsewhere
Where our work is published or sold on a third-party platform, that platform's own § 2257 compliance statement and designated custodian of records apply to the material hosted there. This statement covers this website only.
Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for material produced by Nikki Kit and published on third-party platforms are maintained by the producer in accordance with the statute, and are available to the platform operator, its payment providers, and any properly authorised inspecting official on request.

We treat these reports as the highest priority we have. You do not need to prove anything to make one, and we would far rather investigate a mistaken report than miss a real one.
