The Setup

In this scene I play a doctor you’ve come to see about a private insecurity. You’re embarrassed, and that vulnerability makes you an easy mark. I manipulate you into buying a risky new treatment, playing on exactly the anxiety that brought you through the door.

I present an experimental treatment that claims to offer real gains, at a steep price: $100 a pill, with an initial 10-day course running $1,000. You’re desperate enough from the humiliation to agree to the price, and you take the first pill before you’ve even heard the fine print.

The Side Effects

Only after you’ve paid do I mention the side effects, and they’re worse than you expected. This roleplay leans fully into the SPH and FinDom power exchange: your desperation is the whole point, and the “doctor” has no sympathy for the position it puts you in.
